Mchip Performance offers free delivery on orders delivered to our store (Trois-Rivières).

In the case of home delivery, delivery charges will be calculated on the checkout page. Charges are calculated according to your location and the weight of the products, so you pay the right price!

We may charge additional fees for oversized items or for shipments to certain remote locations not easily accessible by our courier service.

Please note that a signature is required for delivery.

In the case of returns for items with discounted shipping, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and will reimburse Mchip Performance the difference between the price of the product and the original shipping charges that were incurred. Please understand that free shipping is a cost that Mchip Performance incurs to help its customers save money. However, if customers receive an incorrect or defective item, they will be refunded the full amount.

 

 

Oversized items and remote regions

In some cases, items may be oversized or destined for remote areas. If delivery cannot be reasonably offered under our normal terms and conditions, we reserve the right to request additional funds for shipping.

No additional charges will be applied without your prior knowledge and consent.

In such cases, we will work with you and try to find a solution to ensure you get a good deal on your purchase!

Insurance

All products shipped by us are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. This is just another way we ensure that our customers are completely satisfied!

 

Terms of delivery:

We strive to have as many products as possible in stock. If for any reason a product should take longer than 2 to 4 business days to deliver, you will be notified beforehand and you may cancel your order at that time.

In most cases, delivery takes no longer than 3 days (if ordered before 2:00PM) for orders in Quebec and Eastern Ontario (depending on the volume of orders on the site).

For orders in Western Ontario and other provinces in Western Canada, delivery takes 6 to 7 days (unless otherwise specified).
