RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

Return policy

Any product not used, damaged or modified in any way within 10 days of delivery and in its original packaging is eligible for return.

Wheels (rims, ''mags'') that have been mounted cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstances. We cannot guarantee wheel assembly if the vehicle is raised or lowered due to unforeseen variables.

Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and documentation, must be properly packed to avoid shipping damage and must be resalable as new, otherwise you will be charged a repackaging fee.

If the returned product(s) is (are) damaged or has (have) been used, the merchandise may be returned to you, and you will be charged a delivery fee.

The products listed below are non-returnable:

Electronic/electrical products that have been plugged in and/or installed.
Body kits.
Special orders.
Liquidation items.

 

The following services are non-refundable:

Wheel and/or tire mounting fees.
Tire studding costs.
Administrative and/or handling fees.
Additional transfer fees and/or excess freight.


Return shipping policy

Damaged, defective or incorrect products will be refunded or exchanged free of charge.

However, for any returns that are not the result of an error by Mchip Performance, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges incurred by Mchip Performance.

Mchip Performance does not charge restocking fees, with the exception of the following products:

Orders with additional shipping charges. (ex: roof box, tires)
Products not held in regular manufacturer inventory.

 Refunds

Upon receipt and complete inspection of the product, Mchip Performance will process the refund transaction within 3-4 business days of receipt of the product. Please note that the refund may take between 5 and 7 days, depending on the financial institution.



Return shipping costs

In the event of an order or part return, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs from their home to the nearest Mchip Performance location. However, if customers receive an incorrect or defective item, shipping charges will be paid by Mchip Performance.

 

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped. Some transactional, handling and shipping fees may apply.
