The Self-Leveling Lap Sealant helps create a watertight seal along roof edges, around air vents, vent pipes, air conditioners, and screw heads.
- Meant for horizontal surfaces.
- Flexible, waterproof compound.
- Designed for EPDM rubber, TPO, fiberglass, wood, aluminum, steel or masonry.
- Can be painted over after outer skin has formed.
- Temperature range recommended when applying is 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Contains no hazardous air pollutants.
- UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration.
- Will not stain or discolor materials or surfaces.
- Seal Color: Ivory.
